Just received a custom order to create a LEGO inspired banner. I am actually surprised by how popular Lego is as a birthday theme. The first request was made by my sweet customer who have been buying cards and invitations from my shop. Then one day she asked if I could make her some Lego cupcake toppers and banners....and some embellishments. I took the challenge and voila....she was happy with the result (and so was I!).
This time, I'll make personalized tags and birthday banner. The banner will say HAPPY BIRTHDAY, in 2 strands, with some Lego images on each side of the word. I'm looking forward to work on this project tonight. First thing first is to design and make a template, then the cutting and punching, then adhering them all together and adorn them with ribbons. Hmm....I can actually visualize how cute it's going to be.

Talking about Lego, this what I said to my little one while I brushed his teeth: "Come on Diego, let's eat Ego and play Lego" and he was laughing.
