Vintage Style Thank You Tags

Oh boy, this week gone by really quick. I returned to my day job on Tuesday and on Thursday had to take a day off to sign paperwork with notary. Our new home has been our focus and hopefully we can move in by mid-March.
In between craziness, I managed to make these thank you tags. I just LOVE the vintage feeling to it.
I'll see you tomorrow as we're going to have another Saturday Artisan to know about.

Prep for Valentine's

It is not too early to prepare for Valentine's day.

The malls, and Michaels too, are already have their Valentine's products displayed.

This year, I'm ready! I have made a few Valentine's tags. Too adorable, I'd say :-)

If you're looking for Valentine's cards with sweet sentiments, you will find them at my shop.

The New Look

Do you recognize the new look? I have revamped this blog to represent my current style a bit better. Unfortunately those buttons on the top are part of the background that I could not make it work unless I could get help from friend who is tech genius to help me with the html codes. For now, I'm going to leave it as is. I'm happy with the new look and I hope you are too!

Have you checked my shop lately? I have new tags listed such as these vintage ballerina tags. Series 1 and 2 are out and the 3rd one will be out soon. I had so much creating them. Distressing them do take time but the result isn't disappointing.

Have a great weekend!

It's Been a Good Day

It has been a good day indeed!

The time shown it's just passed noon and I feel good! Yeah! I haven't been feeling this good lately. Perhaps it's because it started with a beautiful sunshine that greets the day. By the way, is it spring yet? I started noticing these yellow blossoms a few days ago.

Bright sunny day really has a positive effect on how I feel for the day. Gloomy days....hmm...not so much liking it.

Even Ethan had a great time playing outside.

I checked my e-mails and noticed I had sales. Yei! It always thrills me! And I LOVE my repeat customers. It means that they love my products!

A lots on my to-do-list got crossed out. Making calls for appointments and such are not enjoyable and I'm done for the most part. House chores such as dishwashing and vacuuming are also done. The laundry is on the dryer now.

I even got a chance to finish these tags and take picture of them. Perhaps I can even list this set of tags in my shop today.

So yes, it has been a good day so far. I'll have my lunch now and continue the rest of my day with positive attitude.

So how's your day been?

Tis Christmas Custom Order

Just quickly popping by before I put Ethan to bed. This weekend I completed a custom order on top what I had in the shop (Winter Wonderland set of cards above). Below are 6 more cards with similar theme.

And these adorable holiday tags.

I'll be working on a new project tonight. Can't wait to share with you!

Using Scrap Papers to The Fullest

I think I said I love papers too many times. But do you know that I love them until they bec0me tiny pieces? This is one of my ways being GREEN and to save trees.

Here is a box where I store my scrap papers, thinking that I'll use them in my next projects. But I seem to be overpowered by them. These scrap papers tend to pile up real quick. Less than often, they're hardly used in the next projects.

So I decided a couple of days ago that I need to do something major about it. This also means that I need to spend major time doing it. I'm making TAGS. Tags in different sizes depending on what are available. All I need is a couple of punches: flower punch, corner punch, and hole punches. And of course, glue!

I made 100 Pretty Tags!! Woo Hoo!

They're great little tags that go in my packages to my sweet customers.

A little twist from my original delicious country look tags. Just simply change the buttons and voila ... you get a slight different kind of taste :-)

Enjoy!

I only have 3 set of 5 available due to limited patterned paper. Once they're gone, they're gone. You can get them at my Adore By Nat shop.

Under the Weather

I'm definitely under the weather now. I tried to fight it but I must admit that the coughing and running nose are just getting worse that I have to take medicine to reduce the pains.

I couldn't resist of taking a nap here and there, but at the same time my mind was thinking of completing customs orders and making more cards in order to continue listing frequently.

My little one is such a trooper, compared to me, I'm a wuss :-) He's been eating and sleeping normally though I know he was not feeling well.

The good news is that he is getting much better! :-) But I really hate the fact that I cannot kiss him. Not giving the germs to him is a priority.

My Kind of Tags

I finally made these tags. I had them in mine for a while but only got a chance to actually made them a couple of days ago. Too adorable, I think. I just love how they turned out. Really, I just love felt and paper and they go really well together. A perfect match!

If you'd like them, come on and get them at my AdoreByNat shop. It's $3.25 for a pair of tags. And if you get them now, you can enjoy my current sale: Buy 3 Get 1 Free. For something this adorable where details are involved, you know that it's a great deal you'll get.

Sweet Little Birds

Thought it'll be fun to schedule some articles ahead while I'm away on a trip to Bali. I felt I neglected my readers too long when I went to Singapore in early February.
This is a sweet short post of a couple of sweet little birdies.

Think Outside the Box

I bought a stack of scrap papers for ridiculously cheap. It came in variety, some are thick as cardstocks, some are glittered and honestly some are just not my type. Of course, I don't want to waste them. My main reason for buying scrap papers are for making cards. After all, handmade greeting cards have been the main product at my shop.

The solution? Think outside the box.

Are these tags beautiful? A little patterned paper that I would not use for a card add into a perfection of this gift tag. The felt tree is a new design, different than my typical round tree. Do you know where the idea came from? :-)

These shabby chic gift tags below are popular in my shop. It gained the most hearts at short-time. And they are sold out pretty quick.

So when you're stuck, think outside the box. Make something different. Perhaps break it down to little pieces and they will look much more stunning than when they are as a whole.

Unfortunately, there are only few of these tag sets left (made from limited scrap papers). Once they're gone, they're gone. Just one of a kinds.

More Tags and Birds

Mmm...scrumptious!

I know, I know, these are not cookies even though they are FRESHLY made.

And I can't get enough of those birds just like you, bird lovers :-)

Apparently they're just TOO cute in brown.

Now I'd better to get ready for dinner. It's time to eat REAL foods. LOL!

Birdie in Tag

My newly created tag involving felt and birds. Quite Colorful, eh? Hope you love 'em! The bird is handcut and handstitched.

I use the new ribbons and they're definitely gorgeous!

I made two for each designs. Two is better than one, don't you think? :-) Stay tuned for more of my tags.
