Measurements are:

Width: 3" inches, 7 ½ cm

Length: 19" inches ( 48 cm ), and stretching the elastic will give 3 more inches (7 cm) to the total length of the headband.

Flower attached to one side of the headband: 3 ½ " by 3 ½ inches (9 cm)
